Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Last Updated: November 2026 • Effective immediately upon purchase or key generation.
01 // Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing snow.cc, purchasing a redemption code, utilizing the official Discord bot, or redeeming a license key, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you are strictly prohibited from using our services, generating licenses, or executing our software.
02 // Strict No-Refund Policy (Digital Intangible Goods)
All products, licenses, and access tokens distributed by snow.cc are digital, non-tangible virtual goods. Due to the immediate delivery and irreversible nature of cryptographic key generation:
- All sales are strictly and irrevocably final. Once a purchase code or license key has been generated or delivered, no refunds, partial reimbursements, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be granted due to executor incompatibilities, third-party software crashes, operating system misconfigurations, customer change of mind, or lack of technical proficiency.
- Dispute & Chargeback Blacklist: Opening a payment dispute, PayPal claim, credit card chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim will result in an immediate, automated, and permanent ban across all snow.cc systems. Your active licenses will be terminated immediately, and your Hardware ID (HWID), IP address, and Discord Snowflake ID will be permanently blacklisted across our network.
03 // Hardware Binding & License Allocations
Each license key is licensed for personal, single-device use:
- On initial execution, your private license key derives a cryptographic hash of your system hardware (HWID) and locks to that specific machine.
- Self-Service HWID Resets: If you upgrade or switch machines, you may unbind your hardware once every twenty-four (24) hours using the
/resethwidDiscord slash command. Bypassing this cooldown or requesting manual resets outside of legitimate hardware upgrades is prohibited. - Account sharing, key distribution, multi-user access, or unauthorized resale of license keys will trigger automated license revocation without reimbursement.
04 // Service Availability & "As-Is" Provision
All software runtimes and API endpoints are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis:
- Target video games receive weekly patches, engine updates, and client telemetry revisions. While our developers actively maintain hooks and payload compilers, temporary maintenance downtime for reverse engineering, testing, and security verification is standard procedure.
- Temporary service interruptions, patch downtime, or executor maintenance do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the user to a refund or subscription extension.
05 // Anti-Tamper Enforcement & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in malicious conduct against snow.cc infrastructure:
- Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, dump in-memory payloads, sniff backend API tokens, spoof hardware fingerprints, or circumvent license verification logic is strictly forbidden.
- Our server-side integrity scanners actively monitor API requests. Any signature of payload dumping or tampering will trigger an instantaneous license termination and global blacklist.
06 // Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
snow.cc is an independent research group. We are not endorsed, certified, affiliated, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Valve Corporation, or any game development studio. Users assume full personal liability for their interactions with third-party platforms and game engines.
